3.Communication and collaboration skills: Quality analysts need to work closely with the development team and other stakeholders. This requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with others.

4.Technical expertise: Quality analysts should have a deep understanding of the product or service being tested, as well as the tools and technologies used in the testing process.
