Roles & Responsibilities

ellipse   Review the job description, understand the requirements of the company and accordingly execute a          search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.

ellipse   Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media etc.
ellipse   Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
ellipse   Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
ellipse   Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.

ellipse   Negotiating salary and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for
      current and future job requirements.

ellipse   Submitting candidates resumes to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.

ellipse  Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their                           candidature.

ellipse  Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice calls.

Skills Required

ellipse  3 years of IT or Tech recruitment experience in a 360 agency role.
ellipse  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ellipse  Degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, or similar.

ellipse  Candidate should have exp in IT Recruitment in these industries -IT software, service and
     product based IT company, Data Centre, infrastructure, banking , insurance.

ellipse  Candidate should have good knowledge of all kind of IT skills and Technologies.
ellipse  Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
ellipse  Adhering to timelines provided by the company to fill in the position.
ellipse  Manage the scheduling of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
ellipse  Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR.

ellipse  Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking         recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting

ellipse  Negotiation & Convincing Skills.
ellipse  Proficiency with MS Office.
ellipse  Learning Agility.
ellipse  Go-getter attitude.
