We are looking for HR Manager to join our growing team, Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

ellipse   Managing the staffing process,including recruiting,interviewing,hiring and onboarding.
ellipse   Candidates must be from an IT Industry and understand the IT requirements.
ellipse   Drafting HR letters, documents, and certificates as needed.
ellipse   Communicating and elucidating the organization’s HR policies to employees.

ellipse   Maintaining an updated HRIS database with information on transfers, compensation, terminations,            mapping updates, and organizational changes.

ellipse   Addressing employee queries, including those from new hires, existing employees, and departing                employees.

ellipse   Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.

ellipse   Overseeing the entire Payroll Management System and Leave Management System.

ellipse   Managing Leave and Attendance, including the preparation of monthly attendance files for payroll            input.

ellipse   Create Compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys,Keeps          the strategy to update.

ellipse   Providing inputs for final settlements, including exit cases and relieving processes.
ellipse   Managing the end-to-end offboarding process and full & final settlement procedures.
ellipse   Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency.
ellipse   Managing the Performance Management System.

ellipse   Administering employee benefits, such as renewing insurance policies, resolving queries, and                     assisting with reimbursements.

ellipse   Sharing MIS reports and relevant details with stakeholders as required, such as insurance policy                  renewals.

ellipse   Facilitating effective employee communication.

Skills Required

ellipse  Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
ellipse  5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering and employee relations.
ellipse  Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

ellipse  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships        at all levels of the organization.

ellipse  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
ellipse  Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

ellipse  Previous experience in change management, organizational development, and performance                      management.

ellipse  Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
ellipse  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
ellipse  Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
